We had a great stay, with a spacious room and spa facilities, including a hot tub and sauna. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel was close to the town centre, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and near Europe's largest thermal lake.
Nothing not too like.

I stayed in the Amira B. hotel 7 days. I enjoyed it very much, friendly staff speaking English and German. Room service: excelent. Clean and quiet. V hotelu jsme strávili 7 nocí. Příjemná obsluha, hezké a čisté prostředí, bohatý snídaňový bufet. Bezproblematické parkování před hotelem.
Wifi connection mostly available between 10 pm and 8 am. Some minor problems with a/C. Too many pieces of furniture in Deluxe Suite.

Felt like a startup hotel with inexperienced staff. Air conditioning not working in the hottest summer. They tried to help by installing a mobile ac but not much luck. Breakfast buffet ran out of coffee (!!!) and staff confirmed there is none more. Front desk does not accept credit cards and my checkout took long as the clerk was not able to provide return cash as the cashiers machine broke down. No soap, lotion, etc in the bathrooms, this is a requirement with 4 stars.. No reading lights at the bedside. Staff and hotel manager was trying to be nice and smiley, but they could have offered a free drink, etc... for the inconveniences. Nice try but there are some points to improve, this could all be perfect if they try harder!

The staff is mostly very friendly even if some forget things. But generally speaking they are OK and they will take all their time for you, after all it's a small hotel.
Mini rooms and micro bathrooms but they look nice and are clean. We had direct access to the garden behind the hotel so this is a bonus in my opinion. Wi-fi internet comes and goes and bewere when you exit the jacuzzi cause the stairs are slippery. No shelf in the bathroom

Located close to Europe's largest thermal lake, this cozy small hotel offers a great location near the town center with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. In the restaurant, only cash is accepted. the rooms were nice and clean, with large portions of food for breakfast. the wellness facilities were a nice bonus, including an indoor hot tub and sauna.
The staff's English wasn't very good, which caused some communication issues.

This small hotel has nice clean rooms and good breakfast. Easy walk to the wineyard restaurant area, well worth a visit.
We did not consider this as a spa hotel, it only had a small outdoors pool and garden, also a small indoor spa area. With the price per night we were expecting a real spa hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location near the town centre. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for dining options. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. Furthermore, the spa and wellness centre were amazing, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi to help me unwind and relax.
This place is perfect for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable accommodation option.

The hotel offered great amenities, including a well-stocked minibar and delicious food. Its location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. One of my favorite aspects was the hotel's clean and modern décor.
The hotel lacked adequate parking options, and I often had difficulty finding a spot. the front desk staff were not very friendly or accommodating.
